IInd PRIZE:  Rs 4000/-


GENERAL RULES

  1. The project should be a working model.
  2. The participants should be able to demonstrate the working of project on request by organizers.
  3. All materials needed for working of project should be bought before hand.
  4. An requirement request  for 230v AC electric outlet is to be made with the resume.
  5. The participant should be well aware of the project and should be able to explain it to viewers anytime requiered.
  6. Software based or project kit based works are not allowed.
  7. A team of two participants per team is preferred.
  8. The participants in a team can be of different colleges/polytechnics.
  9. All participants should bring their respective college/school ID cards.Participants without a valid  ID will be rejected.
  10. The event is common to all branches.
  11. Projects must be available & exhibited through out the exhibition. ie. On Dec 10,11,12.
  12. The judging may be done at anytime between the event.The contestants may not be informed before hand about the judges.
  13. The judge’s decision will be final.


  • A detailed resume & photographs of  project work is required which must be mailed to projects.yanthra@gmail.com on or before December 5th. 
  • A Registration fee of 150/- is applicable for contestants of YANTHRA 2010.A single registration is needed for PROJECT EXPO, ROBO WARS.
  • On the spot registration will not be permitted.
  • Results will be announced only at the closing ceremony on 3rd day of the exhibition.No queries in this matter will be entertained.
